I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melina at Super Tire! She truly went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and feeling completely helpless. I called several tire shops in the surrounding area, and unfortunately, I was met with rude responses, no availability, and people who simply didn’t seem to care that I was stranded. Then I called Super Tire, and Melina immediately jumped into action. She didn’t make me feel like a burden or just another customer she genuinely cared and made it a priority to help me. She came out to me, helped with my tire, and got me safely back on the road at an affordable and reasonable price. In a moment when I was stressed, frustrated, and unsure of what I was going to do, Melina’s kindness, urgency, and willingness to help meant more than she probably realizes. This is what REAL customer service looks like. It’s not just about selling a service it’s about caring about people and helping them when they need it most. And the sweetest part? Today I went to Super Tires to get new tires on my Jeep.. #1 - I got a really good price on 4 tires( although they were considered 'good used tires' they literally looked BRAND NEW! & with the purchase of the tires it included the tires being put on...free of charge) #2- As soon as we arrived, we didn't have to wait...we were greeted as soon as we got out of the car. #3- A girl ( YES a girl) named Melena put our tires on for us and she was awesome!!!, not only was she professional she was super nice with a big smile on her face, she offered us cold water and gatorades that they had in the fridge for their customers. & We didn't have to wait forever like you usually have too at tire places/businesses. As soon as we pulled out the car was driving SOOOO much better.. didn't pull to the left or right. Overall, we had a great experience & would most definitely go there again and I encourage everyone else to do so also!

“I had a great experience at Super Tire. From the moment I called, the staff was polite and professional. When I arrived, they were busy, but within about 15 minutes someone came out to help me. The technician not only took care of the tire I came in for but also checked my other tires and showed me one that needed replacing soon. I really appreciated the honesty and attention to safety. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, and the quality of the tires and service was excellent. I was treated with courtesy and respect the entire time. Highly recommend.”

We had been all around the Raleigh area looking for a Decent Used Tire for our car’s spare tire. Serval local used tire shops just wanted a sell, lied about having the tire or told us one price on the phone and it was double when we arrived. Finally before giving up for the day; I tried one last shop; SUPER TIRE SHOP #1. I called them and the salesman that answered the phone actually checked the stock, gave accurate numbers on their inventory and was pleasant. When we arrived we spoke with JERRY. He gave us options, speedy service and even told us about other services they offer!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPER TIRE AS THE #1 TIRE SHOP IN THE RALEIGH AREA!! GIVE THEM A TRY!!! TELL THEM THE YOUNG’S SENT YOU!!! 🌞
